Common Interest Management Services (CIMS) provides full service homeowner association management services in the greater Bay Area with over 18 years of experience to both new and existing communities.  CIMS has a strong presence thoughout the Bay Area with offices in Danville and San Mateo, and is one of only a select few management firms in Northern California that has earned the prestigious Certified Management Firm (CMF) designation through CACM.
