Pets
We have had several complaints regarding residents not picking up after their pets. Please be courteous to other residents and pick up after your pet. These activities violate both the Ticonderoga CC&R's and the City of San Mateo pet ordinance. Please report the names of the offenders to our management office



Parking
Just a friendly reminder that visitor parking is for visitors only. Any owner/residents found in violation may be towed at their own expense. Please be courteous to our guests and do not park in visitor parking spots.



Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi

Please follow all pool rules; they have been established for your safety and protection. Children under 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult when in the pool area. Remember the pool is for the enjoyment of all residents. Please help keep the pool area clean.


When Hiring Contractors
Contractors often work on our property undertaking needed repair work.

If you hire a contractor or perform repair work yourself, please make sure they do not dispose of ANY materials in our trash rooms. It needs to be disposed of by the contractor or taken to a BFI facility. Items dumped in the trash rooms require a special pickup, and add to the maintenance costs of our property...resulting in higher HOA dues.

Items too large for the trash cans should either be kept by the owners until cleanup week, or disposed of by the owner. Under no circumstances should large items be "dumped" in the trash rooms.
